fat

omg so im at my max weight now like srsly wtf never been so heavy before.
feeling sad and down but then i saw some motivational stuff omg

omg she lost like close to 30 kg in a year+ zomg :O
ok im not aiming for that la! but i really want to be healthy omg.
after i went overseas, i stopped exercising and then now im like super flabby ugh.
so after tomorrow's bbq I WILL EAT HEALTHY I SWEAR I SWEAR I SWEAR.
i really hope it werks because I always succumb to temptations ugh!
I WILL NOT FLOP THIS TIMEEEEE.

Things to not do:
. DRINK BUBBLE TEA. IT DRAINS YOUR MONEY AND MAKES YOU FAT AND GET CANCER
. DRINK SODAS/ SWEET DRINKS. DON'T REALLY DRINK THEM BUT WHATEVER
. EAT FRIED FOOD NOOOOOOOO
. EAT CAKE I HATE CAKE ACTUALLY
. EAT SUPER SWEET CHOCOLATE


Things to do:
. Buy oatmeal lol
. Buy my favourite snackbars from Carman's :D
. Eat fruits
. Eat super bitter chocolate only when neccessary.
. EXERCISE KDLDGJLJERJGR SRSLY I NEED TO MAINTAIN I DONT WANT FAIL NAPFA EITHER OR BECOME FAT LIKE MY POST-O LEVEL PERIOD.

thank goodness i have dance central 3 and just dance 4! really makes working out more exciting *_*
except for the fact that i risk being seen by my neighbours when i dance to questionable songs such as 'I'm sexy and I know it' >_>
